Pocky "The Demon"
"I was ten years old in 1978 when I heard the Alive I. album at one of my classmates's place. I immediately made a copy for myself. I was curious to hear the studio versions of the songs as well, but since my cassette didn't show the songs' titles I didn't know which albums to get. As a result I got them all … Naturally Gene Simmons became my favorite, not just because of our common instrument, but also because I think we have a lot of similarities, like some kind of spiritual kinship. I always wanted to play Kiss. When the time came it turned out it didn't matter that I hadn't learned the bass lines, I could play them anyway - the music had seeped into me somehow. I like other bands as well, but Kiss is like losing your virginity. Many have followed, but you never forget the first."
